To help protect our Casa Libertas brand and consumers from counterfeits, we will work with law enforcement and customs officials in the European Union, North America and around the world to prevent the shipment and sale of counterfeit goods. We also monitor online and offline channels for counterfeit merchandise.

Commitment Against Counterfeiting

Casa Libertas cares about the quality, authenticity and craftsmanship of every product we make and sell. We care about the unauthorized use of our Logo and any unauthorized use, copy or counterfeiting of our ArtBuckles and other products. Counterfeiting is illegal. Counterfeit products do not undergo inspection processes and likely do not adhere to safety, health and wage regulations, including child labor and human rights laws.
