How do I return or exchange an item ordered via Casa Libertas?

Our ArtBuckles can't be changed because they are specifically handmade with a unique certification number.

If a Return or Exchange is accepted; your order will only be accepted for refund, or exchange, if returned in original condition and packaging, within 1 day from the delivery date.

The returned item(s) must be unused and accompanied with the original packaging and receipt.

When will I receive a refund?

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible by bank transfer. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are satisfactorily received at our warehouse.
